Transport Logistics Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process transport bookings received via high volume email, spreadsheet and client portals.

• Generate consignments in our Transport Management System (TMS) and replicate in Outlook calendar.

• Coordinate timeslot bookings for freight into distribution centres via email and client portals.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer service enquiries including providing updates on consignment status, PODs, delivery timelines, and service issues.

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the transport allocator and warehouse team

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient IT skills across Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Excel)

• Transport Management or Warehouse Management system experience highly regarded.

• Reliability and excellent punctuality with a high attention to detail

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments

• Professional communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
