Project Co-Ordinator

About the role

As a Project Co-ordinator, you'll work as part of a small supportive team to co-ordinate the manufacture of high-quality electrical switchboards. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee project activities from procurement, manufacturing, quality control, testing and dispatch to provide successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Managing stores team to be responsible for stock control & procurement to ensure component availability aligns with production schedules

• Administration of factory staff including reviewing and providing completed timesheets to payroll

• Maintaining quality documentation involved with the manufacture, testing & dispatch of the electrical switchboards

• Coordinating dispatch and delivery activities with customers, transport providers, and logistics personnel

• Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administration

About you

• Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, manufacturing coordination or a similar role

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English

• The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• A proactive approach to identifying and following up outstanding tasks and requirements

• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• A strong commitment to quality, safety and customer service

• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of electrical switchboard manufacturing and project management

• Australian citizens or permanent residents
