About the role
Saferight is Western Australia's highest paying RTO for Perth based training with consistent work opportunities for High-Risk License Assessors. Saferight can provide Assessors with customized rosters which meets Assessor's availability in order to maximize financial reward based on Assessors' qualification. E.g. the higher the classes of accreditation assessment, the greater the financial reward.
Saferight pays Assessors extra for every VoC they perform on top of your daily rate.
Saferight is currently seeking Assessors with HRWL classes, including dogging, rigging, cranes, forklifts, EWPs, and plant operations.
If you are currently employed in industry with 12 months experience in any of the above HRWL classes and are interested in becoming a Trainer/Assessor, please contact Saferight re our Train the Trainer/Assessor program. (can include Cert IV in TAE).
This role suits a professional Assessor who understands the importance of independence, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in high-risk work assessments.
Scope of Assessment ClassesApplicants must hold current WorkSafe Assessor Accreditation for one or more of the following classes:
RI – Rigging (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced)
Scaffolding (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced)
HM and HP (Material Hoist and Personal Material Hoist)
Forklift (LF) and Order Picker (LO)
Cranes, including one or more of:
Slewing Mobile Crane (C2, C6, C1, CO)
Non-slewing Mobile Crane (CN)
Vehicle Loading Crane (CV)
Bridge and Gantry Crane (CB)
Tower Crane (CT)
To be considered, you must have:
Current WorkSafe High Risk Work License/ Assessor Accreditation
Accreditation covering at least one of the listed HRWL classes
A current TAE qualification
Strong working knowledge of:
NAIs
WorkSafe assessment processes
Relevant WHS legislation
High attention to detail and strong compliance discipline
Ability to work independently and professionally.
Ability to work in a team environment.
