What You’ll Be Doing
· Provide administrative support to the management team
· Assist with travel bookings & arrangements as required
· Assist the managing of the company fleet of vehicles
· Maintain ESG Data and meet reporting requirements
· Schedule training
· Maintain the company agreements files and registers
· Coordinate the maintenance for all sites
· Ensure site has adequate stationery and stores.
· Coordinate on-site events e.g. catering for specific events
· Assisting to manage the companies Workplace Health & Safety focus
· Developing, maintaining and reviewing the workplaces fire safety strategy
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy
Positive, solution-focused mindset and a great attitude
Great communication skills and a strong team member focus
Able to work independently and autonomously with self-guidance and minimal supervision
Excellent organisational and effective time management skills
A creative thinker with the ability to take the initiative and solve problems
Confidence in using different types of software platforms and systems, in particular MS Excel and Outlook
Having a Certificate IV in WHS and completed a Fire Safety Advisor course would be looked upon favourably
Someone able to promote and maintain a safe work culture across the company
Previous experience in Workplace Health and Safety & Fire Safety Advisory roles
Someone who wants more out of their current role
