Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator - The Verge Retirement Village | Burleigh Heads

Part-Time (3 days per week – Tues/Wed/Thurs) | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team at The Verge Retirement Village in Burleigh Heads. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating sales activities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Working closely with the sales team and village leadership, you will play a key role in supporting occupancy outcomes, generating enquiries and guiding prospective residents through their retirement living journey.

The Position

As the Sales Coordinator, you will support the achievement of village sales targets through a combination of administration, customer engagement, business development and local marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting village tours for prospective residents and their families
• Managing sales enquiries, prospect follow-up and waitlists
• Maintaining accurate records and customer interactions within Salesforce
• Coordinating and supporting village open days, events and expos
• Assisting with local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Building relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers and community groups
• Supporting seniors' groups and community presentations
• Coordinating sales administration activities and stakeholder communication
• Working collaboratively with operational and village teams to enhance resident experiences

We’re on the lookout for someone with

• Experience in a sales support, sales administration or customer-facing role
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence engaging with older Australians and their families
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• Strong computer skills and CRM experience
• Experience within retirement living, property, aged care, healthcare or a related industry
•  Experience coordinating events, community engagement or business development activities
• Salesforce experience (preferred)
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (current)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing
