 Quest Fremantle is a 120 property located in Historic West End of Fremantle.   The property opened in 2016 and supports a diverse Industry for all accommodation needs. 

At Quest Fremantle we’re on the lookout for a new Maintenance Person to join our team on a Full - time basis working between 38 hours per week.

Job Description

• Responsible for all maintenance issues within the property. and to deliver an excellent guest experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating projects.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Perform daily maintenance checks.

• Co-ordinate contractors as required.

• Oversee preventative maintenance program.

• High level attention to detail

Qualifications

• Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.

• Effective budgeting.

• Fantastic organisational and leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of building trades.

• Great eye for detail and proactive approach.

Prior experience in a maintenance role is essential, and a trade qualification would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
