Nestled amongst Adelaide Uni West Campus on the West End of Hindley Street.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Deli Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our deli.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys great coffee, fresh food and hospitality, and is confident leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operation of the deli

• Making quality coffee and maintaining barista standards

• Preparing fresh sandwiches, salads and other deli items

• Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with regulars

• Leading, training and supporting the deli team

• Managing daily food preparation, stock and presentation

• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

About You

• Previous experience in a deli, café, restaurant or similar environment

• Strong barista and food preparation skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Confident leading a team

• Organised, reliable and able to work independently

• Passionate about quality food, coffee and hospitality

This is a Full Time position 38 hours per week, Generally Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm.
