Position: Full-Time Head Spa Therapist

Employment Type: Full-Time (5 days per week)

Pay & Benefits:

• $30.00 per hour + Superannuation

• 4 weeks paid annual leave

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver premium Korean Head Spa and scalp treatments

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalised client care

• Perform professional scalp analysis and explain treatment recommendations

• Recommend suitable treatment packages and home care products based on each client’s needs

• Educate clients on how to use their home care products correctly to achieve the best possible results

• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional clinic environment

• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding client experiences

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional client experiences

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Provides outstanding customer service with genuine care and professionalism

• Confident in recommending treatment packages and home care solutions

• Accountable, reliable, honest, and punctual

• Positive, motivated, and eager to learn

• Well-presented and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous beauty therapy,or head spa or massage experience is an advantage (full training provided)
