Dispatch & Warehouse Operator

Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week | Mitcham VIC | $28 per hour plus super

ABOUT iSi

iSi is one of Australia's most exciting adventure brands, designing and manufacturing Extreme Duty off-road bicycle carrier systems for 4WDs, passenger vehicles, caravans and camper trailers. Our products are sold directly to the public and exported around the world.

THE ROLE

You'll work alongside our Dispatch Lead preparing and dispatching finished carriers while keeping the workshop supplied.

Day to day that means:

- Picking and packing orders

- Assembling bicycle carrier components ready for dispatch

- Packing parts bags accurately

- Preparing and booking carriers with couriers, across Australia and overseas

- Fielding customer enquiries about deliveries

- Restocking dispatch and keeping the area in order

- General warehouse and manufacturing support across the site

It's hands-on work. You'll be on your feet, lifting boxes and handling steel components through the day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A positive, can-do attitude. That counts for more here than a resume

- Genuine attention to detail

- Good communication, with the team and with customers

- Physically capable of sustained manual work

- Comfortable with basic computer work. Microsoft Office for labels, orders and freight bookings

- Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have, not essential:

- Forklift licence

- Previous warehouse, dispatch or freight experience

- Any hands-on background, trades, mechanical, automotive

- An interest in cycling and adventure travel
