We are proudly supporting and suppling elite and grassroots Rugby League, AFL, Rugby Union, Netball and Soccer teams Australia wide.

The Opportunity

Are you a “Sporty” recent school graduate looking for a career in the sports supply industry OR are you a proven Customer Service professional looking for a new start in the sports supply industry.?

This is a Customer Service position, which will see you acquire skills and knowledge of our vast product range and gain valuable customer service experience in a friendly and busy office environment.  

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answering and responding to inbound calls from our valuable customers.

• Responding to all customer enquires by phone and email.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensuring customer orders are dispatched in a timely manner.

• Assisting our sales team Australia wide with delivering the best customer outcomes.

• General office duties.

The right candidate for this position will:

• Be able to work full time (Monday- Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm)

• Have the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively. 

• Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Have a professional phone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Be punctual, reliable and responsible.

• Have an outgoing personality.

• Dedication to providing the best customer experience in all of your customer interactions.

Hours: 

Monday – Friday 
8:30am – 5:00pm
