Sous Chef Hiring!
We are looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our team.
About the Role:
Cooking and preparing high quality meals
Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
Assisting the Head Chef in stock ordering to ensure inventory is maintained
Assisting the Head Chef to create new menu items, recipes and develop dishes
Supervise and provide training to our kitchen staff
Ensure communication between the kitchen team is effective
Ensure staff are following safe work practices at all times
Maintain a high standard of food safety guidelines
About You:
Certificate 1V in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
2+ years proven experience in the same role
Attention to detail & excellent communication
Ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
