Niche Lending offers an environment where professionals can grow their skills in client service, finance, and account management.Role Description The Client Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new clients, gathering and verifying documentation, coordinating with internal teams to progress loan applications, and monitoring accounts for accuracy and compliance with company policies. The Client Account Manager will follow up on outstanding information, provide regular updates to clients about the status of their applications or accounts, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM or loan management systems, identifying opportunities to improve the client experience, and contributing to operational improvements and best practices.Qualifications Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, maintain long-term accounts, and communicate clearly with a diverse client base.Account administration skills, such as organizing documentation, tracking application progress, and maintaining accurate records in digital systems.Service and communication skills, including strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and a commitment to timely, respectful client support.Analytical and problem-solving abilities to review client information, identify issues or risks, and propose practical, compliant solutions.Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a structured manner.Comfort working with financial or lending products, with the ability to understand basic credit concepts and explain them clearly to clients.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales, credit assessment, and operations to move client applications forward.Proficiency with common office software and CRM or account management tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.Prior experience in lending, banking, financial services, or client account management is highly beneficial.Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is advantageous but not strictly required.
