At GWA Group, home to Caroma, Methven, Clark and Dorf, we're looking for someone with a solid understanding of plumbing products, systems and the trade — whether that knowledge comes from working on the tools, behind a trade counter, in a merchant branch, or in a technical or sales support role.
This role is often the first point of contact when plumbers, contractors and merchants need technical advice, troubleshooting support or product guidance. You'll use your product knowledge every day while building a long-term career with one of Australia's most recognised bathroom and kitchen businesses.
What you'll be doingTaking calls and emails from plumbers, merchants and customersProviding technical advice and product support across our rangeDiagnosing product issues and helping find practical solutionsManaging enquiries through to resolutionRecording information accurately in our systemsWorking closely with Customer Service, Sales and Product teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve how we support customers

What we're looking forStrong knowledge of plumbing products and systems — however you've gained itExperience working within the plumbing industry in any capacityComfortable speaking with tradespeople and customers over the phoneGood problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple enquiries at onceConfidence using computer systems and technology
You may currently be:Working at a plumbing merchant such as Reece, Tradelink, Plumbers Co-op, Samios, Plumbing Plus or similarIn a trade counter, internal sales or customer support role within the plumbing or building products industryA plumber or apprentice looking to move off the tools into a Monday-to-Friday roleWorking in technical support, product support or warranty for a plumbing or building products businessLooking for a role where your plumbing product knowledge is genuinely valued
