We’re ON A BOAT & Melbourne Water Taxis and we provide truly memorable and sustainable boating experiences on Melbourne’s Yarra River.

We are seeking

Dock Crew to work at our base WTC Wharf

Coxswain Grade 3s or Higher to work at our bases WTC Wharf & Southgate Berth 4

Boat Maintenance experience - desirable

Join our team to assist with the daily operations of our two companies whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you’re an energetic natural pro at customer service and love rolling-up your sleeves to get it done, then we want you! Our customers love us as and we plan to keep it that way.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day fulfilment of our businesses operating 7 days a week! 

As the highest ranked boat company in Melbourne on Google & Trip Advisor we deliver a high standard of customer service to our customers. This role involves cleaning our vessels to a high standard, provide safety briefings swell as performing administrative tasks from the Yarra River.

As this is a causal role shift hours vary from 3-40 per week dependant on weather/bookings/business needs.

Skills & qualifications:

• Working in a professional team swell as individually

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Can listen and act on directions with safety as a key priority

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service

• Victorian Marine License Holders - Desirable

• Coxswain Grade 3 or higher - Desirable

• Maintenance experience - Desirable
