About the role
Palm Cove Tavern is expanding its already established management team, and we're looking for an experienced Duty Manager with a passion for hospitality to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader looking to step into a large, fast-paced venue where they can showcase their leadership skills, make an impact, and continue to grow their career.
We're looking for someone with outstanding leadership capabilities, a hands-on management style, and the ability to lead by example. You'll thrive in a busy environment, enjoy developing teams, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within hospitality
Previous experience working in a gaming venue
Confident leading from the floor during busy service periods, including nights and weekends
Strong stock control experience, including stocktakes and investigating stock variances
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the wider team
Experience managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced venue
