Office & Marketing Coordinator — Growing Property Advisory Firm

The Opportunity

Stonebank is a Melbourne-based property advisory firm operating across Development Management, Project Management, and Construction Quality Advisory.

This role reports directly to the Directors, with genuine scope to grow as Stonebank grows. You'll have real visibility over the work that shapes how clients see the firm.

What You'll Do

• Manage office operations including events and travel, etc

• Implement the marketing calendar and maintain capability statements, CVs and project profiles

• Deliver brand-consistent outputs across LinkedIn, EDMs, mailouts and proposals

• Support tenders: track portals, compose fee proposals, maintain the CRM

• Maintain compliance registers (ISO, RAP, insurances)

• Coordinate with external designers and writers where required

• Liaise directly with Directors, project consultants, clients and suppliers as needed

• Provide flexible admin and marketing support to Directors and project staff as needed
  

About You

• 3+ years in an office management, EA, or coordination role — property or professional services experience highly regarded

• Strong written communication and close attention to brand consistency

• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools

• CRM experience and comfort with tender/portal admin

• A reliable self-starter suited to a small team, comfortable owning a function solo
