Secret Sofa is shaking up the world of furniture retail. Starting in Melbourne and now expanding rapidly across Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Nunawading showroom.

This is a full-time leadership role offering a competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses.

What you’ll do

As Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the showroom — leading your team, inspiring customers, and driving performance. You’ll have a flair for interiors, a sharp eye for sales opportunities, and the leadership skills to foster a high-performing and customer-focused environment.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to hit sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Take ownership of day-to-day store operations including stock presentation, rostering, and performance management

• Work collaboratively with the broader business to grow the brand locally

• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business

• Be available to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in a store management or senior retail sales role

• Leads with confidence, empathy, and clear communication

• Thrives in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same

• Has a passion for interiors and an ability to guide customers in styling their space

• Understands how to drive sales, manage targets, and support team development

• Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management
