Labourers & Truck drivers wanted.

Earthcare Recycling is a leading & progressive company providing waste management services to the residential building industry. As a privately owned and operated business, we prioritise safety and effective communication between management and employees.

We have 60 staff operating a fleet of transport and quarry equipment, and require site labourers who can drive trucks for builders' site cleans, based at our Wattleup, Middle Swan, and Neerabup Yards.

Positions will initially be casual/full-time, with a view to permanency following a set probation period.

Duties include (but are not limited to) driving, digging, raking, shovelling, pushing wheelbarrows, spreading sand, sweeping and assisting bobcat operators as required.

Key Requirements:

• MR/HR/HC licence is preferable

• White Card

• Fit & Strong

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

• Reliable transport

• Proactive

• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug screening

• Must hold permanent resident status or Australian citizenship
