The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic signage installer to join our high performing team. You will work closely with our project management team ensuring that you are across the detail of each project and drive home our delivery.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with our project team to plan and perform installation works across our projects.

• Complete site surveys to assist the project team with the understanding of the project scope.

• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.

• Identify potential installation risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot problems.

• Work closely with the project management team and our suppliers ensuring you understanding the requirements of a project.

The successful applicant will have the following skills.

• Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role (signage installation & manufacturing).

• Experience with large construction wayfinding and statutory installation.

• Be a master of installing optical clear and frosted film to glazing. 

• High skill level of installing digital prints to walls.

• Broad knowledge of mechanical and chemical fixings for freestanding and cantilever signs.

• In-depth knowledge of LED wiring circuits.

• High skill level of foundations for free standing signs.

• Understanding of the National Statutory Code in relation to statutory signage

• High level of OHSE understanding and adherence.

• White card, EWP, working at heights and high-risk tickets is a must.

• Hold a current Australian driver’s license.

• Clean police check from the AFP.

• Strong planning and time management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients onsite, team members, and suppliers.

• Great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

You must be someone who takes initiative and is able to work autonomously and is agile.
