Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant – The Smile Collective Oakleigh

About the role
Join our growing team at The Smile Collective from our Mornington and Mt Eliza locations. These part-time roles will see you playing a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care and supporting the smooth running of our dental clinic.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting patients and managing the front-of-house experience

2. Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

3. Handling patient enquiries and booking requests via phone, email and in-person

4. Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry

5. Assisting with billing, payment processing and insurance claims

6. Supporting the dental team with various administrative tasks

7. Fostering positive relationships with patients and promoting the practice

What we're looking for

1. Prior experience as a dental receptionist or assistant or in a similar customer-facing healthcare role

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm, friendly and professional service

3. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

4. Proficiency in using practice management software and standard office applications

5. A positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude

6. A passion for providing high-quality patient care
