About the role
EL & e. Desserts is looking for energetic, reliable, well presented and hardworking team members to join our growing team. Please ensure you meet the listed requirements before applying.
We're a late-night dessert shop, so you must be available to work until 1:00 AM. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve desserts including açaí bowls, bubble waffles, pancakes, and more.
Deliver friendly customer service.
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
Keep the store clean, organised, and well stocked.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Previous hospitality, café, or dessert shop experience (essential).
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Own reliable transport.
Availability for evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
Ability to work under pressure with a positive, reliable attitude.
Be well presented with good hygiene practices
