Noosa Hospital is an acute medical and surgical facility located in a peaceful bush land setting. It provides a comprehensive range of inpatient and day services across a wide range of specialties. Equipped with advanced medical, surgical and diagnostic technology, Noosa Hospital is able to provide high quality care to patients.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Dispensary Technician to join the team at Ramsay Pharmacy, Noosa Hospital, on a permanent full-time basis. 

About the Role

As the Dispensary Technician, you will be supervised by a qualified pharmacist as you prepare medications and process prescriptions for our valued patients & customers.  

• Assist the Pharmacist with the dispensing of medication.
• Remain up to date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary.
• Strive to provide specialised patient care to our valued patients and customers.   

About You:

What you’ll bring  

• Previous working experience in dispensing medications.
• Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications are considered an asset. 
• You love working in a team and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care. 
• You are engaged, flexible, responsive – and you like working with others just like you.
