We're Looking For An Assistant Development Managerto support the delivery of apartments-led mixed-use projects, contributing to strong financial outcomes and vibrant community creation.
What You’ll DoSupport the wider development team in scoping, designing and delivering projects aligned to business strategy and profitability targets.Assist in managing project schedules, budgets and invoicing, procurement and stakeholder engagement to ensure key milestones and financial outcomes are achieved.Work collaboratively across internal teams including Development, Finance, Marketing and Sales to deliver high-quality community outcomes.Contribute to customer satisfaction, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.This is a permanent role within our Communities business, where you will play a key role in helping deliver projects that enhance Stockland’s reputation and community impact.

Experience & Skills That Count1–3 years’ experience in property development or a related fieldTertiary qualifications in Property, Development or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)Understanding of property markets and economics, project delivery, budgeting, procurement and contract administrationStrong communication skillsCapabilities in operating financial softwareAbility to manage competing priorities and contribute to commercial project outcomes
