Productive Ops is at a pivotal point. After two and a half years of programme-led transformation, the focus is shifting to industrialised, repeatable delivery and the global change function need a senior leader to sustain that momentum.

As Global Team Leader of Change Management, you will lead the change function across FCM's global markets, directly managing regional Change Managers in EMEA and APAC and governing change delivery capability across the Americas. You will be the primary change partner to Operations and Technology leadership, ensuring organisational readiness and stakeholder adoption remain at the centre of every initiative.

This is a role for someone equally comfortable setting strategic direction and driving hands-on delivery outcomes.

What You Will Do

Lead the Global Change Function

• Provide direct leadership, coaching and performance management to regional Change Managers across EMEA and APAC
• Act as custodian of the global change methodology, maintaining the Ready, Willing, Able framework and supporting toolset
• Drive quality, consistency and continuous improvement across the global change portfolio

Drive Delivery Outcomes

• Lead change activities supporting the ongoing rollout and optimisation of the Single Operating Model
• Oversee change strategies, plans, communications, engagement and training across global initiatives
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to protect delivery outcomes

Build Capability in the Americas

• Establish and maintain a federated change delivery model across the Americas
• Partner with local leaders and project resources aligned to global standards
• Provide governance, coaching and oversight to non-dedicated change resources in the region

Partner with Senior Leadership

• Act as the primary change partner to Operations and Technology leadership globally
• Build strong relationships with regional leaders and delivery stakeholders across all markets
• Provide regular reporting and practical recommendations to senior leadership on change progress and risks

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years working within a change, consulting, process improvement or project management experience within a large, multidisciplinary organisation 
• Demonstrated experience leading distributed change teams across multiple geographies
• A strong track record delivering complex organisational change in large, matrixed environments
• Senior stakeholder management and influencing capability, including at executive level
• Hands-on delivery experience alongside strategic and governance capability
• Experience supporting large-scale technology, operational and business transformation programmes
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of operational business environments
• Tertiary qualifications in Change Management (Prosci, APMG, etc. certifications), related disciplines (Process Improvement, Human Resources, Communications, Business, etc.), or equivalent
