AI Adoption Lead

Overview
I'm hiring for a Sydney AI consultancy. They need you to lead AI adoption for one of their major clients, embedded on the inside. The client is a corporate, so you need the background to be credible with their executive team.
You'd be employed by the consultancy and based on a client site in Sydney most of the week. You are the client's go to person for AI. You own the adoption roadmap, run workshops and training on Copilot and the current AI tools, spot the processes that should become agents, and lead delivery with the consultancy's engineers behind you.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years in change management, AI adoption, enablement or technology consulting, at a consulting firm or inside a mid to large organisation.- You've run an AI or Copilot rollout and presented to executives on it.- Hands on with Copilot and the current AI tools. You can build a simple agent and demo it live.- You've run workshops or training for non technical teams and people leave able to do it themselves.- You can scope an agent for engineers and see the build through. You don't need to write the code.- Confident on a corporate client site without someone looking over your shoulder.
The non negotiables
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.- Sydney, on site with the client most of the week, full time.
