Overnight Demi Chef

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and enthusiastic Overnight Demi Chef to join our Kitchen brigade of leading industry professionals.

Whilst working the overnight shift, you will be able to demonstrate your passion for food on a plate in our Overnight In-Room Dining service. You will also contribute to our high volume breakfast service in the Restaurant and In-Room Dining by preparing produce for the service.

What we'd like you to possess:

• Previous kitchen experience at the same level preferably within a large hotel

• Passion for creating superb food in order to provide a great guest experience

• Excellent communication & organisational skills

• The ability to work productively whilst unsupervised

• An eagerness to work 10pm - 6am

• Full time Australian Working rights
