Commercial Property Manager

About the Role:

The rent roll currently sits at approximately 350 properties, managed by a Senior Property Manager with support. This role will allow the portfolio to be split in half while supporting the continued growth of the business.

The portfolio is approximately 60% industrial, with the remainder a mix of commercial, office and retail.

You will manage all aspects of commercial property management, including:

• Managing your own portfolio of commercial properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews
• Maintenance, repairs and contractor management
• Inspections, compliance and general tenancy management
• Landlord and tenant communication
• Portfolio administration using Cirrus8

We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager with between 3-5 years' experience who is energetic, enthusiastic and keen to grow with the business.

You will ideally have:

• Commercial property management experience, with industrial experience highly regarded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, positive attitude
• Cirrus8 experience – a huge bonus
• Agent's Representative Certificate
• Current driver's licence
