Site Ops | Facilities Coordinator | Sydney

About the organisation...Great opportunity working in the storage industry with a market leader.  As the Site Operations Coordinator, your key focus is ensuring multi-site locations maintained to a high standard, are well presented and meet compliance as well as managing contractors whilst driving accountability.  Additionally, you’ll handle customers and be across operational administration.  

What you will be doing....

• Maintaining site presentation and standards including conducting bi-weekly site inspections, identifying and managing issues through to rectification
• Conduct full monthly site audits and prepare monthly audit reporting
• Engage with customers taking ownership of customer complaints through to resolution
• Work with the Operations Administration Team to coordinate credits, adjustments
• Act as the primary contact for contractors including scheduling and coordinating maintenance, repairs, cleaning, groundskeeping, security systems, capital works being responsible for contractor briefings, post work inspections and sign off
• Work closely with the team to coordinate new sites and ensure site readiness prior to launch
• Work collaboratively with peers across other sites
• Drive compliance and safety across your portfolio working with relevant Fire Safety, WHS and local government requirements

Do you have what it takes...
To succeed in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in facilities management, property operations, site management, self-storage or aligned is highly regarded
• Experience in coordinating across multi-site locations
• Highly developed organisational skills coordinating external service providers/contractors in a timely manner
• High service standards and great customer service skills with a confidence to engage customers
• Adaptability and flexibility in problem solving and issues management, adopting a proactive solutions focused approach
• High proficiency in systems with a willingness to learn new systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Drivers Licence and own transport
