About the role
Full-Time and Casual positions available
The Warehouse Storeperson Pick & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch. This role ensures orders are fulfilled efficiently, accurately, and safely, supporting overall customer satisfaction and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners with a high attention to detail.
Follow rules and procedures when picking/packing.
Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit
Prepare orders for dispatch, including labelling and organising for courier/post collection.
Accurately put away stock into bin locations
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards.
Report stock discrepancies, damaged items, or operational issues to supervisor
Operate warehouse equipment safely (trolleys, pallet jacks, wave pickers - if trained)
Support warehouse team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Picking goods from Bin Locations and checking them off appropriate digital pick lists
Must be available to work during business hours Monday - Friday.
Skills & Experience
Comfortable using digital systems / handheld scanners
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
At least 6 months experience in a warehouse pick/pack environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Be physically fit and enjoy working in a warehouse environment
Must be able to speak and read English
