Project Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects that align with business priorities. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget. This role reports to the Program Director and plays a key part in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Develop charters, integrated plans, resource and contingency strategies
• Assess trade-offs and manage risks, costs, and stakeholder value
• Track financials and reconcile project expenditures
• Facilitate checkpoints and governance forums
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and publish reports
• Ensure compliance with project methodology and success metrics

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in project management
• Experience in hardware installation & end to end solution delivery in transport or ticketing projects
• Solution Migration (data, user or customer migration) experience
• Delivery of customer portals or interfaces.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PMI certification desirable
