The Opportunity

Working closely with our Logistics, Planning, Production and Customer teams, you will coordinate domestic and export orders, manage shipment requirements and support strong customer outcomes in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Coordinate domestic and export orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Prepare export shipping documentation and manage shipment requirements.Monitor DIFOT performance and proactively resolve order issues.Coordinate with 3PL warehouses regarding order releases and invoicing.Liaise with customers, freight providers and internal stakeholders to manage priorities.Work closely with Production Planning and Logistics to ensure shipments align with agreed schedules.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in logistics, distribution, customer service or supply chain, ideally within FMCG.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering service excellence.Experience with export documentation and freight coordination (highly desirable).
