We're looking for a Parts Inventory Controller to join our team and play a key role in maintaining accurate stock across our main store and service vehicles. You'll coordinate stock replenishment, manage inventory movements and work closely with the Parts team to ensure the right stock is available when it's needed.

Reporting to the Parts Manager your main Responsibilities and Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Stock management and administration for main store and service vehicles
• Sourcing & co-ordination of inter-branch stock transfer
• Preparation and processing purchase order entry
• Receive surplus parts from Vans back into the central store
• Assist store with monthly cyclic stock count in main store and service vans
• Processing internal and retail jobs in a timely manner in Great Plains
• Achieving daily minimal job processing targets as set by Parts Manager
• Receive purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders

• Run re-order report to replenish the central store and place orders with suppliers

  
  

Your Skills and Attributes:

• Good understanding of administration duties
• Understanding of customer relations and customer business processes
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy would be a distinct advantage
• Team player

• Strong problem solving skills
