We're looking for an experienced and passionate Showroom Leader to support our Brisbane team, drive store performance, and create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

About the Role
As a Showroom Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Brisbane store. You will lead, coach and inspire a small team while ensuring the store consistently delivers exceptional customer service, operational excellence and commercial results.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be equally comfortable helping a customer choose luggage for a Cape York trip, mentoring team members, analysing store performance, or jumping in to solve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team.

• Drive sales growth and achieve store performance targets.
• Manage staffing, rostering and team development.
• Monitor and improve store KPIs and operational performance.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock management processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local riding community.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and business performance.
• Lead by example and embody Adventure Moto's values and passion for adventure riding.

What We're Looking For
Essential
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong retail, customer service or sales leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial acumen and experience working with KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to lead from the front.

Highly Desirable
• Genuine passion for motorcycles, adventure riding and the motorcycle community.
• Experience within the motorcycle, automotive, outdoor adventure or powersports industry.
• Knowledge of adventure motorcycles, riding gear, luggage, accessories and touring equipment.
• Experience building strong workplace cultures and developing future leaders.
