About the role
Integrity & Multi Service is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across Melbourne and Adelaide. We support people living with disability to increase their independence, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life through tailored, outcome-focused services.
As our Allied Health team continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join us as an Independent Contractor.
This opportunity is ideal for an OT looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a rewarding caseload while partnering with a growing NDIS provider.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with NDIS participants across Melbourne to deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services that support independence and meaningful participation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
Completing occupational therapy assessments
Developing individualised therapy plans and recommendations
Supporting participants with daily living skills, community participation and functional goals
Completing Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and recommendations where appropriate
Preparing high-quality NDIS reports, progress reports and supporting documentation
Collaborating with participants, families, Support Coordinators and other stakeholders
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with AHPRA and NDIS standards
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Experience working within the NDIS sector is desirable but not essential
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes
As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for maintaining your own professional registrations, insurances and business requirements.

Current AHPRA Registration
ABN
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle
