We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist at our Michael Lee Centre located in Como. These position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient running of our residential aged care site. As a Receptionist at Meath Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Maintaining a tidy reception area and ensuring that it presents a welcoming environment
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
• Providing general administrative support to the Centre Manager, administrative and clinical teams.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organisational abilities. They should be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Essential Criteria:

• A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia are essential for this role.

Desirable Criteria

• Current Flu Vaccination.
• Covid 19 Vaccination.
