Storeperson/Driver Allrounder

We are a long term supplier to the building/interiors industry with branches in 4 states across Australia selling a premium, high performance European paint product. An opening has arisen to join our team in Neerabup.

As a Storeperson Allrounder/Driver your duties will include:

• warehouse/dispatch duties (picking and packing orders, receiving stock etc)

• preparation of customer orders

• loading and unloading deliveries

• maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and safe workspace

• following procedures for blending solvents

• deliveries to customers as required

To be successful, the applicant must:

• have a current forklift license

• have a current manual drivers license

• truck license MR-B would be desirable

• be organized and possess a conscientious attitude towards their work

• be able to follow safety and store operating procedures 

• have a calm disposition and ability to prioritise 

• have good communication skills   

Experience in the chemical or paint industry or have a mechanical background would desirable.

Some heavy lifting (up to max 25kg) is required.

Further Details:

38 hrs per week (Mon-Thurs 7.30am-4.00pm and Fri 7.30am-2pm) and annual whole company 2 week closure over Christmas/New Year period Dec/Jan.

Lots of variety in busy industrial paint store of long established company. Early finish Friday. Live in Northern Suburbs...? Work close to home!
