About the role
We are on the lookout for physically fit, motivated people to join our Seismic Line Crew as Field Labourers. You’ll be working across government, gas and coal leases, helping deliver important seismic projects. Work locations vary by project and may include agricultural land, regional areas, and resource sector leases.
About the Role:
Hands‑on, physical work outdoors — carrying gear, setting up seismic equipment and supporting other seismic operations in the field.
Commit to extended periods away from home (2-3 weeks at a time).
Be part of a dynamic team in the resource exploration sector.
What We're Looking For:
Good level of fitness and stamina — this is active, physical work.
Candidates must demonstrate moderate fitness levels to meet the physical demands of this field labourer position.
Willingness to work in remote locations for extended periods.
A proactive attitude.
A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work well in a team.
People who take safety seriously and look out for their workmates.

have excellent communication skills & be reliable
be willing to undertake and complete a pre-job medical & random drug and alcohol screening as well as an Australia-wide police check
conduct work safely without harm to themselves, others, property, and the environment
must have the right to work in Australia (work visa/permanent resident/Australian citizen)
a current Australian Open Manual Driver's License (an essential requirement for the role)
Standard 11 Surface Induction or the Industry Safety Induction (ISI) would be advantageous, the company can assist you through a mutual agreement to achieve this training if you do not currently hold this qualification.
be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for this role
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
A current Australia-wide police certificate, advanced 4WD driving competency, and First Aid/CPR certification would be advantageous.
