• Provide tailored lending solutions across a range of residential loan products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Manage the loan process from initial enquiry through to settlement.

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Prepare and submit loan applications while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and responsible lending obligations.

• Proactively follow up opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of business.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, generating repeat business and client referrals.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous mortgage broking experience (this role is not suited to entry-level brokers).

• Holds or is working towards a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

• Is motivated, driven and passionate about achieving results.

• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Is organised and able to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.

• Is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Is eager to continue developing their career within a high-performing business.
