- ABOUT THE ROLE -

We are looking for a Contract Administrator who is hard working, dedicated and ready to step up to any challenge that may arise, and to grow and develop with an increasingly successful business. You will be working closely with the management team of the business on exciting residential projects.

This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, to the highest possible standard. 

As Contract Administrator, key responsibilities will include;

• Liaise with project stakeholders - clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to discuss and resolve construction matters

• Ordering of materials

• Project scheduling

• Sub-contractor negotiations

• Issue project variations

• Issue progress claims

• Project cost analysis

• Estimating including compiling tender packages

• Ongoing review and improvement of processes and systems

• Maintain a high level of detail and quality control

• Problem solving throughout the entire project, finding & offering the best solutions

- WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR -

Someone who ensures that all tasks are completed at a high standard. Someone who has an eye for detail and a great work ethic. The ability to focus on multiple job sites at one time. In addition, the right person would have the following:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with a residential builder, preferably with an Estimating and Contract Administration background.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Residential construction experience

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Possess high levels of motivation and a genuine interest in construction

• Professional and highly driven individual with a can-do attitude

• Outstanding communication, highly organised and with the ability to multitask

• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility

• Ability to commence ASAP
