Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and workplace concerns.
Assist with investigations, documentation and case management.
Support leaders in managing employee issues in line with company policies and employment legislation.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
Assist Senior HR staff with HR audits and compliance activities.
Prepare monthly HR reports and workforce data.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Monitor legislative updates and support the implementation of changes where required.

Partner with leaders to support people initiatives and business objectives.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
About You
You will be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting leaders and employees with practical, people-focused advice. You will bring:
Approximately 4–5 years’ experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
A qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.

A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
The ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
