Digital Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Manager to join our Group Digital Team.

This role will be responsible for the overall success of the Commonry digital business and will oversee the day-to-day brand website operations, marketplace channels, digital marketing strategies, and help shape the digital customer experience across all touchpoints.

The Role

Lead the day-to-day operations of all brand digital channels, ensuring activities are actioned on time and in-line with brand marketing and product plansEnsure all web assets, content and promotions are tested, configured, and implementedOversee and coordinate the production of web photography and other digital creative assetsWork closely with the Group Digital team to identify, drive and coordinate the implementation of design and UX improvements across all digital touchpointsIdentify and rectify issues, ensure service levels and quality standards are maintainedUse data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunitiesCollaborate with Customer Care to help support the resolution of irregular customer issues and identify opportunities for improvementDelivery and execution of the brand digital marketing strategies across all paid channelsWork closely with brand marketing teams to optimise the use of creative assets by channel

THE PERFECT FIT:

A relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Business, or Information TechnologyA minimum of 7 years’ experience operating an ecommerce business and digital marketing channelsWell-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment whilst maintaining composureExcellent data analysis & reporting skillsUnderstanding of web design and UX standardsUnderstanding of retail, digital marketing, and social media
