Entry Level Office Coordinator - Real Estate Head office

About the business

Our client is a well-established national real estate group with a prominent brand presence across Australia. Based at their Sydney head office in Lane Cove, this is a close-knit corporate team in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

About the Role

This is a fully in-office, Monday to Friday role (9am – 5pm) sitting at the front and centre of head office operations. You'll be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors while keeping the day-to-day running of the office in order behind the scenes.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing reception, front-of-house and incoming phone and email enquiries
• Coordinating meeting room, training room and boardroom bookings and setups
• Overseeing facilities and managing contractor relationships including cleaners, maintenance and building services
• Managing office supplies, kitchen stock and general office presentation
• Supporting the CEO and Group CEO with ad hoc administration and errands
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of corporate staff
• Coordinating team events, birthdays and celebrations
• General administration including filing, scanning, printing and record keepin

About You

To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:

• Warm, proactive and genuinely people-focused
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
• Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be asked
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competent across Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team

No real estate background required.
