Hiring for Perth Metropolitan Area
Aim2 Achieve is looking for passionate, reliable, and flexible Support Workers to join our team across the Perth metropolitan.
We provide high‑quality disability support to individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Dementia, Psychosocial disability, and various physical disabilities.

About the RoleYou will support clients to live independently, participate in their community, and build daily living skills. Duties may include:
Assisting with household tasks (cleaning, cooking, washing, meal preparation)
Supporting clients to organise their daily routines
Transporting clients to appointments and community activities
Providing social and recreational support
Encouraging independence and skill development
Following support plans and maintaining professional boundaries
Casual shifts range from 10–30 hours per week, depending on client needs.
Current Shifts AvailableWe have a variety of clients requiring different support arrangements across Perth, including:
North of the River(including but not limited to the following suburbs)
EllenbrookMale support worker (30–50 yrs), English‑speaking
Weekend shifts + 1–2 weekday shifts
Male or female support worker (40–60 yrs)
Evening shifts
(including but not limited to the following suburbs)
WillettonNon‑binary support worker preferred
Morning shifts (3–4 days per week)
Supporting a young person with Autism
Art & craft enthusiasts highly considered
Female support worker preferred (20–35 yrs)
Flexible shifts
Supporting a young person with Autism
Art & craft enthusiasts highly considered
5–7 hours per day, including weekends
Manual handling and colostomy‑trained preferred
Flexible availability preferred.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid driver’s licence.
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Genuine passion for disability support
Reliability, professionalism, and empathy
Supportive team environment
