Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator | Head Office – Kewdale, Perth

We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our Head Office team based in Kewdale, Perth, supporting our Wholesale & Sales Division.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our national wholesale function, providing essential administrative support across importing, ordering, processing, transporting, reporting, and sales administration. Working closely with our Wholesale Team and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure our sales processes run efficiently from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in co-ordinating transportation of equipment within national branch network
• Compile and create purchase orders to overseas factories for production
• Assist with processing sales kits sent to Head Office for approval
• Update and maintain equipment register status on CRM
• Update and maintain equipment register on Excel
• Update and maintain orders register on Excel
• Support the Wholesale team with document preparation, binding, photocopying, collating, typing, PDF filing and other administrative tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation.
• Develop a strong understanding of sales processes and systems, supporting progression into a Sales Coordinator position.

• Experience in sales administration, coordination, or a similar support role will be highly regarded.
