About the Role
As part of our Wastewater Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of wastewater maintenance, operational, and capital works programs. Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and Finance Business Partners, you will help ensure projects and work programs are delivered efficiently, while contributing to financial analysis, reporting, asset data management, and long-term asset planning. You will also assist with the development of project briefs, operational reporting, and the review of technical information to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, improving processes, and finding practical solutions that deliver value for customers and stakeholders. You will contribute to business improvement initiatives, coordinate the preparation of asset information for capitalisation, and support continuous improvement across wastewater operations. A strong focus on safety, accountability, collaboration, and service delivery is essential, as you help drive positive outcomes aligned with Council's Corporate Plan and commitment to ensuring Everyone Goes Home Safe Today.
