About the Role

Prime Group Services is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Berwick, VIC. We heavily invest in technology and automation—including a dispensing robot and an AI-powered ordering and stock control system. By streamlining routine tasks and inventory management, we empower our pharmacists to step away from administrative friction and spend more time delivering high-quality professional clinical services to our community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Utilising advanced automation and dispensing robotics to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient medication management.

• Providing high-level clinical services, medication reviews, and health consultations to optimise patient outcomes.

• Offering professional advice on medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.

• Collaborating directly with GPs, allied health professionals, and local healthcare providers.

• Maintaining comprehensive, confidential patient medication records in line with privacy standards.

• Mentoring and guiding support staff while benefiting from ongoing clinical and professional training.

• Ensuring all operations adhere to Pharmacy Board regulations and professional standards.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Current and valid registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent recognised qualification).

• Open to both experienced and early-career pharmacists looking for a forward-thinking practice environment.

• High comfort level with (or enthusiasm for) pharmacy technology, robotics, and digital inventory systems.

• Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
