Smile Design Orthodontics is a well established specialist orthodontic practice with three modern clinics located in the Sutherland Shire and St George areas. We are committed to providing the highest standard of patient care in a friendly and professional environment.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join our team.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday only (no weekends), with two rostered days off per month.

The role includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with the day to day running of our busy practice as part of a supportive and professional team.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and telephone skills, a friendly and professional manner, strong customer service, organisational and computer skills. Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
