Roastery & Retail All-Rounder

Coffee, Chocolate, Guests and PLENTY of variety!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic All-Rounder to join the Coffee Works Team, working across our Coffee Roastery, Chocolate Packing, Dispatch and Retail operations.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who geniunely enjoys staying busy, working with a great team and taking pride in getting things done well.

The Role

Your Week will include a Delicious Mix of:

• Preparing and Packing Gourmet Products to be dispersed between our Five Locations

• Packing our Handcrafted Chocolates 

• Picking and Packing Roast & Post (Online Orders), Wholesale Orders, and Coffee Works Gourmet Store Orders as part of our Dispatch team

• Pricing and Allocating Gift Stock

• Assisting with Retail, Merchandising and Guest Service

You’ll move between Departments as needed, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys Variety, Organisation and Practical Problem-Solving.

About You

Coffee Experience is preferred but not essential - we’re happy to train the right person. A love of great Coffee and Chocolate certainly helps!

The role reports to our Roastery Foreman and General Manager and works collaboratively across the Coffee Works team.
