The Role
You’ll take ownership of multiple residential builds, keeping sites running safely, on time, on budget, and to Burbank’s standards.
  
What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple home builds end-to-end
• Coordinate trades and site activity
• Schedule works and manage timelines
• Complete QA inspections and ClickHome updates
• Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

What You Bring

• Site Management experience in residential construction (volume preferred)
• Strong trade coordination skills
• Building & Construction qualification
• Solid understanding of codes and OH&S
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• White Card & Driver’s Licence (Builder’s Licence advantageous)
