About the role
Quantumcorp is a National professional services firm specialising in insurance investigations. We are currently recruiting licenced and experienced investigators to join our dedicated CTP and General Insurance Practice in Sydney. Permanent, casual, and contractor roles available.
The Role:
As an Investigator at Quantumcorp you will conduct investigations into all manner of insurance claims including but not limited to:
CTP claims
Motor Vehicle Thefts;
Motor Vehicle Accidents;
Burglary
Fire
You will work from a suitable home office and will be provided with all necessary training and support.
The duties of a Quantumcorp Investigator include:
Reviewing and analysing case documentation
Arranging and conducting professional interviews with the various relevant parties
Recording those interviews using a suitable digital audio recording device/ or preparing professional typed statements at the time of interview
Inspecting, examining, photographing and videotaping incident/accident scenes
Obtaining and analysing relevant documentation
Preparing factually accurate, professionally written reports
Adhering to stringent timeframes
Successful applicants will possess:
Current NSW private security individual licence (or be in the process of obtaining)
Certificate III in Investigative Services (Mandatory)
Investigation experience preferred
Current driver's license & vehicle
Advanced organisational and time management skills
High levels of attention to detail
Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
Prior interviewing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills including typing not less than 60 WPM
You will be highly motivated, energetic and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
